These terms govern use of the JO HOMZ website and the retail, wholesale, and project paths to the extent they reflect current product behavior, without creating unapproved commercial commitments.

JO HOMZ has not published a specific return window, warranty period, guaranteed delivery time, or binding legal forum on this page. Those decisions will be added after approved legal review. The text below describes current operating principles only.

Orders and offer acceptance

A displayed price or product listing is not final acceptance. Acceptance follows stock, production capacity, or an approved quote review in the current system. Published retail prices and wholesale EXW prices follow live catalog data and are not a binding offer if they change before confirmation.

Wholesale supply

Displayed wholesale prices use an EXW factory basis unless an approved quote states otherwise. Freight, export, customs, and destination taxes are not automatically included in product pricing.

Website and content

Published copy, images, and specifications describe products and services. They may be updated when approved catalog data changes.
